I cannot adequately express what it has meant to me to work with Amy. While working with her, I experienced an epiphany that will change the trajectory of my career (and life). For nearly 20 years, I have struggled to reconcile my desire to affect systemic change in the world (my values) with the fact that the work that gives me energy and joy centers on individual human transformation. Amy created a space where I could explore this, which allowed me to create a career that will meet all my needs. She asked questions that pushed me to go deeper into the things that really light me up and reflected back what she was hearing in terms of my values and my joy. This helped me connect the dots myself. Now, I still have to make the transition, which scares me, but I feel so lucky to have Amy in my life to help me through it.

Amy and I worked together on two fronts: Increasing my profile and responsibilities in my career and opening myself up to taking more risks in my artistic endeavors. Through our one-on-one coaching relationship, Amy led me through exercises that allowed me to focus on the important areas that are truly of interest to me, while learning to delegate the responsibilities that hindered real progress. Her approach is simultaneously warm and businesslike, with as much attention paid to me as a person and an artist as to my professional aspirations. I would highly recommend Amy to anyone looking to make changes in their careers, artistic pursuits, or self realizations.

Amy helped me identify areas in my professional life where I was holding myself back, then patiently outlined personalized, actionable steps to help move me forward. The most important lesson I’ve learned from Amy is the confidence to trust and act on my gut instinct. As the only woman working at a tech startup in Boston, this has been invaluable to my professional success.

Amy provided her services to me recently and she was able to professionally address some personal and business concerns that I had. She was able to help me look introspectively into my issues and options which helped me come up with some solutions. She was able to help me see possible answers to my challenges and then helped motivate me to progress on their resolutions. I am grateful to Amy for her understanding, non-judgmental ear and ability to look at challenges from her external perspective. I’m confident that Amy will be able to help many people move past their stumbling blocks to accomplish great things.

I approached Amy for life-coaching to overcome a rather boggy loneliness that had set in. By asking laser-focused questions and never taking “I don’t know” for an answer, Amy guided me to the realization that what my husband and I really were seeking was meaningful community in our lives.
In just a few brief months of coaching, Amy’s confident guidance and steady encouragement showed me how to discover local groups and seek out new friends with similar interests. Now our calendar is full and we have developed very close friendships with several couples.
Without hesitation I recommend Amy for life or career coaching. She is a natural, with an uncanny intuition about what makes people tick. Amy has this amazing ability to see past your bullsh*t and hold a mirror to it. She helped me realize how what we say to ourselves is often how we sabotage ourselves.
If you’re stuck and need un-sticking anywhere in your life, talk with Amy. You won’t be disappointed.

Amy is a brook. A river is a powerful thing. Although it may at first appear impressive, when storms come, it destroys, taking houses, trees, anything in its path. It can be strong and beautiful or violent and angry. By contrast, a brook is something that you sit beside. It speaks to you calmly, but with mirth, and when you go away from it, you find that you have been filled with life. A brook has deep pools where fish swim and thrive, and shallows where animals come to drink and cross. It is strong in its way, wearing away its banks to widen and deepen its pools. It is something that you come on unexpectedly… a bit of beauty in the wilderness. But it is not proud. It lives in harmony with the flora and fauna surrounding it. It engages gently, but fully, imbuing all around with the life embodied in a smile.
